Maecce, LLC (“Maecce” “we,” “our,” “us”) understands and respects your privacy rights and values your trust.
This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) informs users of www.maecce.com and any other related websites and/or social media (“Site”), controlled or operated by Maecce and/or its owners, agents, employees, representatives, or affiliates and assigns as to how we collect, receive, use, store, share, transfer, and process your personal information, as well as your rights in determining what we do with the information that we collect or hold about you.
Maecce gathers and uses (i) personal information submitted to the Site and (ii) aggregated information collected from the services provided through the Site. This Policy applies to the Site, and any domains, services, applications and applicable products (“Services”). From time to time we may update this Policy, at our sole discretion. Your use of the Site after an updated Policy becomes effective will indicate your acceptance; therefore, we encourage you to periodically review this Policy and the Site in order to keep apprised of our current privacy statement.
INFORMATION PROVIDED AND COLLECTED
When you use Site or Services, we may collect and use personal information about you or that directly or indirectly identifies you or another individual (“Personal Information”), which may also include your name, email address, phone number, address, browser and device information, and information collected through cookies and other similar technologies (such as IP address). We may also collect and use non-personal information that does not and cannot be used to reveal your identity or that of another individual, such as information which has been anonymized, deidentified, or aggregated (“Other Information”). We use Other Information to facilitate our operation of our Site and for other purposes as described below.
You hereby declare and agree that any and all information you provide to us and/or update and/or share with Maecce on the Site is correct, reliable and accurate, and that you registered and/or provided the information in your own name and on your own behalf, and not in the name and/or on the behalf of any third party and that you permit us to use the information in accordance with this Policy.

Maecce collects and uses your personal information to manage and enhance your use of the Site or the Services. The type of information we collect can vary depending on how you access, visit, use or otherwise take advantage of the Site or the Services.

REASONS FOR USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
When necessary to perform Services
If it is necessary for our legitimate interest, for example: (i) to keep our records updated; (ii) to explore how customers use our Services; (iii) to offer additional features to our customers; (iv) to prevent fraud or monitor for security vulnerabilities; (v) to keep our Site updated and relevant; (vi) to develop our business; (ix) and to inform our marketing strategy (by delivering Site content and advertising to you).

Maecce does not share any information provided by you with any third parties unrelated to the Services, but it may share information with third party partners who support and promote the Site or in relation to the Services.
PRIVACY POLICY FOR MINORS
We do not knowingly collect information from minors under the age of 16 on the Site. If you are under the age of 16, please do not provide any information to us. If we become aware that we have collected information from a minor under the age of 16, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information from our databases.
COOKIES AND OTHER SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
We and our vendors, consultants, agents, and other service providers (collectively, “Service Providers”) may collect and store your usage information in log files as well as through the use of cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, embedded scripts, and other tracking technologies now and hereafter developed (“Tracking Technologies”). We may use Tracking Technologies to, among other things, better serve you with more tailored information for our Services, and for those of third parties, facilitate your ongoing access to and use of the Site, and collect and store information about your use of the Site. SERVICE PROVIDERS
We contract with service providers to perform certain tasks on our behalf, and we may share your Personal Information with some of them to provide the Services to you, or to otherwise communicate with you, such as to provide marketing assistance or offers on our behalf. When we share your Personal Information, we require the service provider to maintain the privacy, confidentiality, and security of your Personal Information.
DATA RETENTION
Where Maecce is the data controller of Personal Information, we retain the Personal Information we collect where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example to comply with applicable legal, tax or accounting requirements). When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your Personal Information, we will either delete or aggregate it or, if this is not possible, then we will securely store your Personal Information. However, we will make good faith efforts to delete your personal information if you contact us by following the Opt-out mechanism in this Policy, provided that we are not required to retain it by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may decline to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others, are extremely impractical, or for which access is not otherwise required by local law.
THIRD PARTY SITES
Our Site may include interactive programs that are hosted by a third party. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it. Please be aware that when you are on the Site, or when you receive an email message from us through the Services, you could be directed to other sites that are beyond our control. There may be links to other websites from the Site’s pages or from the email message we send to you that take you outside our Site. These other sites may send their own cookies to visitors, collect data, or solicit personal information. The privacy policies of these websites may be significantly different from this Policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these other websites and cannot guarantee the security of any of your personal information collected therein. EEA, UK, SWITZERLAND RESIDENTS
If you are a resident in the EEA, Switzerland, or UK, your rights under GDPR include: (i) request access to and obtain a copy of your personal data; (ii) request rectification (or correction) of inaccurate personal data you have provided; (iii) request erasure (or deletion) of personal data that is no longer necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or does not need to be retained for other legitimate purposes; (iv) restrict or object to the processing of your personal data; and (v) if applicable, request your personal data be ported (transferred) to another company.
If you are a resident in the EEA, Switzerland, or UK and you believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection supervisory authority.
CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
We do not “sell” your Personal Information, as defined in California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Protection Agency (“CCPA”), for consideration.
